Charlotte Milligan
Former Political TV Editor, ITV
Charlotte worked in broadcasting for more years than she would care to admit starting out in the BBC. Over the years she had roles on both sides of the camera as producer and presenter. When Charlotte left ITV in 2008 she was Political Editor and Head of Current Affairs at ITV Yorkshire.
Charlotte now works as a public affairs consultant as well as running media training and presentation skills courses for senior executives in some of the UK’s most successful companies.

Gaby Roslin
Television Presenter & Actress
Gaby Roslin is an English television presenter and actress who initially gained recognition co-presenting ‘The Big Breakfast’ with Chris Evans on Channel 4. She is also known for co-hosting ‘The Terry and Gaby Show’ with Terry Wogan on Five and co-presenting the daytime program ‘The Saturday Show’ with Matt Allwright after the network was renamed Channel 5. She hosted BBC’s charity telethons ‘Children in Need’ for several years. She has also been active on radio and currently presents the BBC Radio 4 panel show ‘Gaby’s Talking Pictures’. Some of her other television credits include ‘Whatever You Want’, ‘Solution Street’, ‘Just the Two of Us’, and ‘The National Lottery Draws’. Roslin, who has lost friends and family members to cancer, is actively involved with several cancer-related charities, and recently revealed that she has been practicing complete abstinence from alcoholic beverages.

Matilda Thorpe
Presentation Persona Training / Actress
Matilda has worked in theatre, TV, film & live comedy. She plays Rupert Grint’s mother in the new comedy, Sick Note, for Sky Atlantic. She is also known for Mandy in TV’s long-running comedy, Desmond’s, BBC’s Robin Hood, & has worked with, among others, Robin Williams & many UK cast members of Whose Line Is It Anyway in comedy improvisation.

She appeared in the West End’s Olivier award-winning, When We are Married, Golden Girls at Leeds Playhouse and recently in the Park Theatre production, Shutters.
Other TV credits include: Eastenders, The Bill, Holby City, Casualty, Rosemary and Thyme. Films include Queen of Hearts & Crush.

Harriet Thorpe
Presentation Persona Training / Actress
Harriet is best known for playing Carole Parkinson in The Brittas Empire and Fleur in Absolutely Fabulous, a role she is reprised in the recent movie adaptation. She has also appeared on television in The Three Musketeers (BBC), The Secret (BBC), Victoria Wood’s Christmas Special+Midlife Crisis, French & Saunders, Girls On Top, Doctors, The Bill and Casualty.
Harriet has also appeared on film in Harry Potter & the Deathly Hallows, The Lady in the Van, Calendar Girls, Suzie Gold, The Calling, Maurice, Life Is Sweet and Greystoke.
Participants
Attendees are from FTSE 100 organisations or equivalent and are one or two roles below Executive Committee, as well as senior civil servants. Typically, private sector attendees work in profit and loss roles (eg managing directors of business units, heads of product lines) and functional roles (eg legal, marketing, finance, risk, HR, digital, and IT). Often they have attended Top Flight (our executive programme to help women achieve CEO and CSuite roles), although this is not a prerequisite, and have identified this as an area to focus on.
