
Alice joined The Pipeline as Head of Research and Insights from the ENGINE group and has over 14 years of experience in the field of employee research. She has worked in partnership with leading employers to ensure they understand the challenges and opportunities their employees face, empowering both employers and employees to realise their respective potential.
Alice’s research has identified unintended barriers within promotion criteria within a leading UK University, illustrated pervasive and gendered narratives within a major police service, and inspired an International Media business to address the stark differences of experiences between male and female employees. Alice has been a judge at industry employee experience awards and has spoken at conferences including the Global Equality and Diversity Conference.
