Board Announces New CEO

The Pipeline, the leading UK advisory business that promotes gender parity in the leadership of private, public and third sector organisations, has today announced that the board has appointed a new CEO to steer the company through the next phase of development.

We are pleased to welcome Liz Stanley, who joins us from leading culture and leadership consulting firm Walking the Talk, where she co-led the European business.

Liz is an expert in behavioural and cultural change, bringing over 30 years of experience in building consulting practices that develop high-performing leaders, teams, and cultures. With a PhD in Organisational Psychology from the University of London, she has an outstanding track record in helping individuals, teams, and organisations shift mindsets and behaviours to unlock their full potential.

Her global expertise spans across sectors from finance to pharmaceuticals, and she has supported clients worldwide in achieving exceptional results.

At The Pipeline, we are dedicated to increasing gender diversity in senior leadership and achieving our clients' targets for women in leadership roles. Liz’s leadership will be invaluable in continuing our mission to create real change in organisations by driving impactful, inclusive leadership cultures.
